Hi there!

I'm Jo, a 20 year old uni student in my third and final year of studying for a radiography degree.
The majority of my third year consists of practical work in a hospital an hours drive from where I live (that's without rush hour traffic) so I do a lot of commuting, as well as out of hours work.

To be honest I can't say I'd recommend third year to anyone; let's just say your amount of 'me time' plummets!

I have spent the last year or so religiously reading a handful of fashion and beauty blogs, so I thought I would finally take the plunge and set up my own!

I am a huge fan of spending money on things I really don't need (sound familiar?!), but I do love a good bargain. 

I have developed a recent interest in hunting around charity shops and eBay in particular, as well as entering a few competitions and finding online freebies in an attempt to regain the friendship I previously had with my purse.

I also really enjoy having a bit of a play around with nail art (although I wish I could say I did the ones in the image above), but unfortunately doing a lot of work in the hospital I am not allowed to paint my nails. Sad face! So instead I just sit and stare and my nail varnish collection in awe...

...okay not really, that would be pretty sad. But I do give my toes extra TLC!

My main hobby outside of work is badminton. I have just recently signed on to play for my third league team so that tends to keep me fairly busy!

Anyway that's enough waffling, if you haven't fallen asleep by now I'd love you to have a bit of a nosy around my blog!
